Starting from the initial test to the final test of the second cycle of action. The increase can be seen from 68.00% in the first cycle to 93.375% in the second cycle. Students who have a high level of learning strategies (&gt;75%) have greater academic potential. As in this study which aims to analyze the level of student learning strategies through the LASSI instrument. The LASSI instrument used to diagnose learning level strategies includes three main components, namely skills (skills), willingness (willingness), and self-regulation (self-regulation). Each of the three has a time subscale of worrying, attitude, motivation, concentration, attention, information, management, test-strategy, self-testing, study aids, and selection of main ideas. Miles and Huberman technique is used as a technique in data analysis. The number of respondents who were recruited in this study were 65 students, consisting of 38 students of the second semester of mathematics education, 17 students of the fourth semester of mathematics education, and 10 students of the sixth semester of mathematics education. The level of student learning strategies can be categorized into three levels (levels) of student learning strategies as follows: for the 2018/2019 academic year, the high level is 42%, the medium level is 32%, and the low level is 26%. For the 2019/2020 academic year, the high rate is 18%, medium 59%, and low 24%. For the 2020/2021 academic year, the level of student learning strategies is high at 20%, moderate at 50%, and low at 30%. The reliability test for the LASSI instrument in this study was 0.8. The subjects of this study were 10 students of class X AP1. The object of this research is students' prosocial behavior which is seen from the aspect of cooperation, helping and giving. Data collection methods used are observation and interviews. The instrument used is a psychological scale, observation guidelines and interview guidelines.</em></p> <p><em> The results showed that the sociodrama technique could improve the prosocial behavior of class X AP1 students, with the indicator of success in improving prosocial behavior that was set was an average score of 85%. This research was conducted in 2 cycles, each consisting of 3 actions. The results of prosocial behavior indicators with an average pre-test score of 59.5% followed by the results of the post-test I average score of 81% while the post-test II average score was 92%, which means that it has reached the predetermined success indicators. . Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan populasi berjumlah 534 orang dan sampel berjumlah 41 orang. Teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan teknik <em>purposive sampling </em>dan rumus Taro Yamane. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, pembagian kuesioner, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisis data yang digunakan metode presentase Skor Kriterium. Untuk mengukur bagaimana <em>collaborative governance </em>dalam pencegahan stunting di Kabupaten Banggai dalam penelitian ini yaitu terdiri dari delapan sub variabel dan 14 indikator. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa <em>collaborative governance </em>dalam pencegahan stunting di Kabupaten Banggai adalah sangat baik dengan presentasi (87,1%), dengan rincian untuk sub variabel <em>networked structure </em>(struktur jaringan) dengan presentasi 92,07% (termasuk kategori sangat baik), untuk sub variabel <em>commitment to a common purpose </em>(komitmen terhadap tujuan) dengan presentasi 90,24% (termasuk kategori sangat baik), untuk sub variabel <em>trust among the participants </em>(kepercayaan) dengan presentasi 89,02% (termasuk kategori sangat baik), untuk sub variabel adanya kepastian <em>governance </em>dengan presentasi 83,6% (termasuk kategori sangat baik), untuk sub variabel <em>access to authority </em>(akses terhadap kekuasaan) dengan presentasi 85,3% (termasuk kategori sangat baik), untuk sub variabel <em>distributive accountability/</em> <em>responsibility </em>(pembagian akuntabilitas) dengan presentasi 87,5% (termasuk kategori sangat baik), untuk sub variabel <em>information sharing </em>(berbagi informasi) dengan presentasi 87,1% (termasuk kategori sangat baik), dan untuk sub variabel <em>access to resources </em>(akses terhadap sumber daya) dengan presentasi 84,1% (termasuk kategori sangat baik). Waktu pelaksanaan penelitiannya, dilaksanakan pada Bulan Maret&nbsp; sampai dengan April 2022. Dalam penelitian ini, variabel yang akan diteliti terdiri dari 2 variabel yaitu variabel X dan variabel Y, dimana variabel x merupakan perlakuan yaitu Model Pembelajaran<em>Kooperatif TipeMakea Match</em>dan Hasil belajar matematika peserta didik ditempatkan pada variabel Y. yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu Kelas VIII MTs Al-Hasanah Bantayan&nbsp; berjumlah 27 peserta didik terdiri atas 14 laki-laki dan 13&nbsp; perempuan.. Jenis penelitian yang adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilakukan secara kolaboratif dan partisipatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan tes.Berdasarkan observasi aktivitas guru dan peserta didik serta tes hasil belajar matematika peserta didik melalui penerapan model pembelajaran <em>Kooperatif Tipe Make a Match)</em> pada siklus I diperoleh hasil observasi aktivitas guru mencapai 70 %, keaktifan peserta didik selama proses pembelajaran 72,36% dan rata-rata tes hasil belajar matematika mencapai 71,55. Mengalami peningkatan pada siklus II dimana aktifitas guru mencapai 96,67%, aktifitas peserta didik selama proses pembelajaran mencapai96,25% dan nilai rata-rata tes hasil belajar matematika mencapai 89,74. Cokro 2000 Luwik Banggai. Rencana penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian kualitatif yang dikuantitatifkan, sampel yang dijadikan objek penelitian sebanayak 21 responden yaitu karyawan pada CV. Cokro 2000 Luwuk Banggai dan pengambilan data berupa kuisoner dan data pustaka. Sedangkan pengolahan data di analisis untuk uji validitas dan reabilitas memakai regresi linear sederhana dengan mengunakan bantuan komputer <em>program SPSS 22.0 for windows.</em> Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik regresi linear sederhana. Dari hasil analisis didapat bahwa varibel motivasi simultan/sama-sama mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kepuasan kerja pada CV. Cokro 2000 Luwuk Banggai. Penguji membuktikan bahwa nilai T<sub>hitung </sub>4,401 &gt; T<sub>tabel</sub> 2,093 dengan tingkat nilai probabilitas 0,000 hal ini membuktikan variabel bebas motivasi secara bersama–sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel terikat kepuasan kerja pada CV. Telah dilakukan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh <em>Capital Adequacy Ratio</em>(x) terhadap <em>Loan To Deposit Ratio</em>(y) yang dilakukan dengan analisis regresi linear sederhana menghasilkan persamaan Y= 84.313 + 0,-253. Persamaan tersebut menerangkan bahwa setiap penambahan tingkat <em>Capital Adequacy Ratio </em>sebesar 1% akan meningkatkan <em>Loan To Deposit Ratio</em> sebesar 0,001. Hubungan <em>Capital Adequacy Ratio</em>dan <em>Loan To Deposit Ratio</em> diketahui dengan analisis korelasi. Berdasarkan, nilai korelasi yaitu (r) sebesar 0,447 yang artinya hubungan yang ditimbulkan menunjukan bahwa <em>Capital Adequacy Ratio </em>memiliki hubungan negatif terhadap <em>Loan To Deposit Ratio</em> dan berada dalam kategori lemah. Nilai koefisien determinasi &nbsp;sebesar 0,200 angka ini menunjukan bahwa <em>Capital Adequacy Ratio </em>terhadap <em>Loan To Deposit Ratio</em> pada PT Bank DanamonIndonesia Tbk, sebesar 2% yang artinya hubungan <em>CAR</em> dan <em>LDR</em> kuat.
